Our Services

Yoga is to prevent disease; Yoga is to promote positive health. Hence, Moksha Wellness Yoga provides holistic wellness services to all age groups in the greater Houston area to help prevent disease and promote health and well-being. Areas of service include General Yoga classes, Private classes aimed for those with hypertension, diabetes and back pain or for prenatal health (pregnancy), Children’s Yoga, Cyclical Meditation (for stress management) and Wellness Coaching










Roshmi Dalal has provided a weekly yoga class at Asia Society Texas Center for the last six months.  We have been impressed with the connection she has made with her students and her dedication to sharing her love of practicing yoga.  Roshmi has worked closely with us to ensure the class meets the expectations of our community and that the needs of each student are met.  I highly recommend her!

I’ve had many instructors and many different types of yoga classes.  I believe because of Rosmi’s strong focus on breathing and relaxation, I’ve left her class each time more relaxed and calm than any other class I’ve attended and highly recommend her as an instructor.

I have taken several yoga classes in the past and Roshmi has been one of my favourite instructors.  She has a calm, soothing demeanor during class and goes above and beyond to help you attain the correct poses. The breathing exercises she introduces are very helpful for overall health and I aim to practice them when not in class. The class is invigorating yet by the end leaves you totally relaxed.  When I started classes with Roshmi, I was having neck and back pains but after taking classes with her, I starting feeling much better. This is a great class for all levels, especially for beginners.

I have been attending Hatha Yoga classes at Moksha Wellness Yoga. Roshmi Dalal is a very attentive and caring instructor. Her Hatha Yoga classes are very therapeutic and restorative and have been a wonderful complement to my physical therapy for injuries. She has been very helpful in adjusting the poses to accommodate my injuries and recovery. Although I have been attending to aid in injury recovery, the others in the class are not, and she is great at helping each participant find the right modification of poses for their level. I know as I heal and become stronger, she will be instrumental in helping me modify the poses to become more challenging. I see the benefit of her classes for any level of participant – whether it’s needing injury recovery or prevention, more flexibility, general health and wellbeing, or simply relaxation.
